WOVEN WIRE QUARRY SCREENS
Our woven wire quarry screens use high quality, high tensile woven wire mesh. The high carbon steel and stainless steel used are vigorously controlled, ensuring a high-quality product. We manufacture all our products in the UK and Ireland to individual customer requirements.
TROMMEL SCREENS
Our trommel screens are heavy duty and have a robust build. They are minimal maintenance, highly efficient, and provide versatile screening solutions with minimal set up time. The drums are made to customer specification to screen heavy materials, with multiple fractions.
RUBBER SCREENS AND MATS
Our rubber screens and mats have a longer lifespan and reduced noise levels. Manufactured from high wear resistant materials, screen mats are ideal as complete decks on larger screen boxes, and as impacts sections prior to wire screens. Rubber screens are available in square or slotted apertures to suit all types of grading requirements.
WELD MESH SCREENS
Our weld mesh screens are manufactured from high quality, bright mild steel rod and stainless steel and is manufactured using up to 25mm diameter bar, producing robust screens for arduous conditions including scalping and screening of larger materials.
FINGER GRID | POLYBLOCK FINGER SCREENS
Harpscreen finger grid and polyblock finger screens have been developed to completely eliminate top deck clogging under demanding applications. It has a robust modular design to suit all make of vibrating grids.
PIANO WIRE SCREENS
Harpscreen is recognised worldwide as a leading manufacturer of piano wire screens. Our piano wire screens are individually factory tested to ensure quality. All crossbands are moveable for easy location on your screenbox and are easy to install.
SELF CLEANING SCREENS
With high quality, non-blinding screening surface the Flexi- Harp is the perfect self-cleaning mesh, supplied with or without polyurethane cross bands. The combination of different size wire used in manufacture means they vibrate at varying frequencies, producing a self-cleaning surface.
QUARRY CONVEYOR ROLLERS
Harpscreen manufacture and stock many types and brands of quarry conveyor rollers, idlers and belting including Maximus, Edge, Ezystak and CDE. We supply our quarry conveyor rollers to the Original Equipment Manufacturers in Ireland
PUNCHED PLATE SCREENS
Harpscreen perforated plate is manufactured in a wide range of apertures in round, rectangular, square, or hexagonal holes. We manufacture to custom size or choose from stock.
