2 Weeks until CARS and the Inaugural Metals Recycling Event.

On 13 & 14 July 2016, Donington Park Circuit will play host to the brand new Metals Recycling Event. Run in association with the British Metals Recycling Association, the two day event is the first dedicated show for the sector and is set to welcome 2000 visitors from across the UK, Europe and further afield.
The event is run in tandem with the CARS (Complete Auto Recycling & Secondary Materials) Trade Show – a well-established event for processors and dismantlers of end of life vehicles.
With a top conference programme including expert speakers from European Metal Recycling, Axion Recycling, UK Steel, Black Country Metals and Blue Group - if metal is part of your operation then this is must attend event. Amongst the typical elements you would expect to see at a traditional trade show, the two events offer the opportunity for visitors to see equipment in a working environment in the live demonstration area.
Kobelco will be demonstrating how their car dismantling machine SK210D-9 can covert a complete ELV chassis into manageable parts. Once the vehicles have been stripped of all valuable parts, the shell will be fed into Hammel’s VB 950 DK ‘Red Giant’ primary shedder. This powerful machine will shred a vehicle every two minutes offering high performance, low energy consumption, low noise and dust emissions.
E H Hassell and Sons will be presenting their range of Bronneberg Alligator Shears and cable strippers while their outdoor space will feature a Panizzolo hammermill, an Ing. Bongfiglioli Shear and Sennebogen Material Handler.
JCB will also be demonstrating their JS20MH material handler with Gooseneck and Scrap Grapple, designed to provide maximum productivity and safety while also offering provides a comfortable – and therefore productive – operator environment.
Featuring an international conference programme, live demonstrations, indoor and outdoor exhibitions, practical workshops and a free beer at the bar, CARS & MRE are not to be missed. To secure your FREE place simply follow the link below.
