Rubber and Steel Rollers: complete manufacture of rollers to customer specifications, designed to fit any type and size of recycling equipment. We are also in a position to strip and recover our customer’s existing worn rollers if required.
Rubber and Polyurethane Discs and Spacers: ideal for some of the major recycling equipment manufacturers and are in a position to supply direct to the aftermarket.
Trommel Wheels: We can refurbish existing drive wheels for trommel/drum screens. This includes stripping the existing rubber or PU from the wheel & covering with new high-performance polyurethane for top performance & durability.
Rubber and Polyurethane Screening Stars: designed to be fitted to the majority of wood waste and compost waste star screens available in the recycling industry.
Polyurethane Flip Flow Screens: designed for bolting connections to various screen decks and all have square holes in a linear pattern.
In addition to our stock replacement components, we are able to manufacture customer bespoke parts from rubber or polyurethane using our in-house manufacturing capabilities.
