CMB Sells new Bx300 Crushing plant into Norway.
Bjordal Maskin AS, recently took delivery of a CMB Bx300 mobile crushing plant. The plant is a diesel/hydraulic powered unit, featuring the company's high performance RS150 cone crusher, fitted onto a twin axle wheeled chassis. A hydraulically raised feed hopper sits above a vibrating feeder which discharges onto the plant feed belt. This feeds directly in to the RS150 cone. The cone then discharges onto the discharge conveyor for stockpiling.
A CAT C9 power pack powers the hydraulic system, providing the driving force for the primary feeder, feed conveyor, cone crusher and discharge conveyor.
The versatility offered by the all roller bearing RS150 cone, allows for many variants, with a tracked plant also an option. However, Bjordal Maskin felt the wheeled unit offered them the best transportation solution for their organisation.
The Bx300 cone plant has been designed to be one of the toughest mobile plants available in the world today and offer the operator outstanding performance in a competitive package.
CMB also offer a mobile jaw plant available on a wheeled or tracked chassis, both featuring the company's Rockmonster 1100 x 800 single toggle jaw crusher, fitted with mechanical/hydraulic jaw adjustment, allowing the operator to quickly change the setting. The massive crossbeams and frontwall are specially heat treated castings that are bolted and pinned into position, minimising welding and keeping stress concentrations at bay.
CMB have worked tirelessly towards producing equipment that has been designed from the outset to be tough, durable, offer high availability, with minimum maintenance schedules yet retaining a competitive edge.
Details of the Jaw, cone crushers and vibrating screens/feeders and all CMB services are available on line where all brochures are downloadable in .pdf format.
