The kit for the Bell L1806 Wheeled Loader includes a centre blade, two end blades and a full set of nuts & bolts to fit the kit. The kit for the Bell L2606 includes right & left hand edges, along with a full set of nuts & bolts to fit the kit. Each kit can be conveniently ordered using a single Kit Reference Number.

This enables the machined pieces to achieve a fully through-hardened microstructure throughout the thickness of the product, especially around the edges and holes. This is a significant advantage over parts produced from pre-hardened wear plate, where induced heat from gas cutting can create soft spots which can reduce the service life of the component.
