Reliable, efficient, and cost-effective: With the Core Vibro 400, Doppstadt is setting new standards in three-fraction screening. The robust coarse screening system impresses with a wide range of applications, easy operation, and low maintenance requirements. Doppstadt will showcase further technical advantages of the Core Vibro 400 at IFAT in Munich from May 4 to 7...
“The Core Vibro 400 is our new all-rounder,” explains Jasmin Nurikic, International Sales Manager at Doppstadt. “It covers a wide range of applications and, thanks to its robust construction and low-wear technology, operates with exceptional process reliability and cost-effectiveness.” In designing the new coarse screening system, Doppstadt focused heavily on the real-world conditions of its customers, as Nurikic emphasizes: “We placed great importance on intuitive operation and high durability. The Core Vibro 400 is ready for immediate use and separates even the most challenging materials reliably and cost-effectively.”
In addition to waste wood, wood chips, and commercial waste, this includes materials from quarries and mining such as construction debris, demolition and mixed construction waste, excavated soil, as well as sand and gravel.
Innovative technology boosts efficiency and minimizes costs
The Core Vibro 400 utilizes state-of-the-art vibration technology for three-fraction screening. This ensures customers long-term efficient operation, as it reliably separates even materials that tend to clump or wrap around each other. Operators also benefit from the screening system’s sophisticated hydraulic design. It reduces fuel consumption by approximately 20 percent compared to conventional solutions. With the Core Vibro 400, users significantly increase their flexibility and independence. Thanks to its tracked chassis and remote control, it can be easily positioned at various locations.
Clear competitive advantage
With this new product, Doppstadt clearly sets itself apart from the competition, as Nurikic explains: “The Core Vibro 400 is a fully equipped standard machine that includes all key components offering our customers enormous technical and economic advantages. With the competition, these components often have to be purchased as additional options.” Among the components that Doppstadt installs as standard is a metal-slat conveyor belt, which is significantly more wear-resistant than conventional rubber belts. In addition, the Core Vibro 400 is equipped with an efficient water spray system for dust suppression.
For specialized applications, Doppstadt works closely with HEIN LEHMANN. Upon request, customers can replace the standard vibration technology with a flip-flow screen box from this expert in screening and conveying technology. The mobile screen is designed specifically for separating complex materials with fine particle sizes, such as metal dusts, ultra-fine soils, and biomass.
World premiere at IFAT
“With the Core Vibro 400, we have expanded our portfolio with a particularly reliable and efficient coarse screening system. It fits perfectly into our established Core Line,” summarizes Nurikic. Doppstadt will present its new product for the first time at IFAT in Munich from May 4 to 7. At FM. 709/1, visitors can also experience other highlights such as the SWS 6 spiral shaft separator live.
