Duo Group appointed exclusive UK Distributor and Certified Partner for CFlo wet processing technology.
Duo Group has signed an exclusive distributor agreement with CFlo, the global wet processing specialist, making Duo the sole point of contact for CFlo sand, aggregate and recycling wash plants across the UK. Customers will deal with Duo for everything from the first site visit and plant design through to installation, commissioning, parts and ongoing service.
The agreement follows CFlo's launch into the UK and European markets at Hillhead 2026 and the opening of CFlo Europe, its Northern Ireland based hub which houses regional design, project management, sales and service earlier this year.
A different approach to washing
CFlo's patented Combo plant brings the whole washing process onto a single modular chassis, from feeding and washing through to dewatering, water recovery and stockpiling. Plants run at up to 350 tonnes per hour on one chassis, and units can be combined as a site's needs grow rather than being replaced. Water recycling built into every plant reduces fresh water demand by up to 95%.
For quarries in the UK, the Combo washes crusher fines, scalpings and as-dug sand and gravel into concreting sand to BS EN 12620 and clean graded aggregate. It is also suited to construction and demolition waste recycling, where operators need to convert mixed feed into saleable product. All plants are assembled and tested in the CFlo factory prior to delivery to site, so installation and commissioning time is significantly reduced.

As CFlo's exclusive Certified Partner, Duo will provide every CFlo customer with the same support: local engineers, planned maintenance, wear parts and spares, all managed by one team that knows the plant from day one.
Duo and CFlo are already progressing opportunities in the UK market, with plans for the first CFlo installation to be available for customers to view early in the new year. This will give operators the opportunity to see the technology working in a UK application and discuss its performance directly with the Duo and CFlo teams.
