Economic Shredding and Separation of Difficult Materials: Doppstadt Showcases Solutions for the In-ternational Market

At the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management from 30th May – 3rd June 2016 in Munich solution provider Doppstadt will showcase its expert knowledge in the field of recycling. The new machines and technologies of the product range include shredding and separation tech-nologies with high throughput at low cleaning and maintenance. All Doppstadt solutions have one thing in common: By means of machine combination, several procedures can be passed through in one work step. By exchanging certain components, various requirements can be fulfilled and customer-specific solutions can be found.

This modular principle characterizes the company: Each procedure and each machine that are developed falls into place like a puzzle piece in the Doppstadt portfolio thus enabling the enterprise to fulfill almost all the customers’ wishes and to cover nearly all the usual environmental procedures. In the demonstration areas, the exhibition surfaces and in the halls B1 and C2 machines representing different raw material re-cycling procedures will be shown, amongst others applications for the precise and quick separation of in-put material into several fractions, for the recovery of light material mixtures such as compost or biomass and for washing and wet waste recycling systems.

In the demonstration areas Doppstadt showcase their solutions in action: The mobile windsifter “Taifun” produces up to three fractions at once in the VDBUM area and the Splitter X2 separates quickly and cleanly up to three fractions even of very sticky material. In the VDMA demonstration area Doppstadt mobile uni-versal shredders and chippers will be working: They shred organic recyclables and waste wood at high per-formance and in short time consuming little energy and fuel.
