Fercell introduce the new Weima WL600

FERCELL are overjoyed to announce a new addition to the WEIMA family of single-shaft industrial shredders. The WL600 (aka Willy) had a healthy birthweight of 1,100 kgs, being delivered in conventional style from the Ilsfeld delivery hall in Germany!

As we are sure you will agree it has more than just a passing family resemblance. Benefiting from the same genes as its bigger brothers and sisters, it has the family good looks, flexibility and hard work ethics.

As much as we love Willy, we’ll be made-up to know that he brings joy to others and so if you want to reduce your wood waste without taking up too much valuable room or cost, now is the time to welcome Willy in.

WL600 Fact File:

• Durable single-shaft shredder
• Any type of wood waste
• 15 or 18.5kw output
• 600 mm working width
• WL rotor with 14 knives
• Suitable for small and medium-sized wood processing companies
• Shreds any type of wood-based materials including chipboard, MDF, solid wood and even extremely hard wood
• Input material is shredded between the rotor knives and a fixed counter knife. The ram is equipped with wiping strips that prevent unwanted material feed between the ram and the machine casing. Produced chips can be discharged from the machine using an air extraction system or screw conveyor.
