Jarshire introduces new Vertical baler range
Jarshire, has announced the introduction of a new Vertical Baler range to add to its baler portfolio. To be marketed under the Jarshire name, the vertical range will run alongside present agency appointments for both Harris Two-Ram balers and American Baler Channel Balers.
Manufactured in the USA by BACE (Baler and Compaction Equipment), the comprehensive range will process paper, plastic and non-ferrous metals with models that will comfortably fit into tight spaces through to one with a 1020mm deep chamber that is 33% larger than traditional depths. Commenting, Nick Jobson, Director of the Waste and Recycling Division, said “given the wide choice of models available, applications are wide-reaching including retail outlets, warehouses, distribution centres, hospitals, schools and universities, and waste recyclers”.
Built to the highest quality construction, the balers deliver the heaviest possible bales whilst providing optimal levels of safety as well as low maintenance costs. A unique feature of the range is the IntelliBale System™, a patent-pending system that indicates the number of bales produced, their exact weights, notifies recyclers when they are ready for collection as well as advising when maintenance is required.
Arguably the fastest-growing baler manufacturer in the world, BACE designs and manufactures balers, compactors and drum crushers to deliver long life and superior reliability. In addition to standard models, customised designs and re-manufactured equipment are also available, all backed by a team of skilled service engineers and a large UK stock-holding of spares.
Since its formation in 1979, Jarshire has developed as the prime supplier of balers and bulk handling/sorting equipment in the UK and Ireland. With a portfolio of systems and equipment from world-renowned manufacturers, a truly comprehensive recycling service is offered for the MRF, C&D, single item and retro-fit markets.
