Marketing Executive – Europe (German speaker)


Job Purpose

This entry-level position will support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the European-wide regional marketing plan, to raise brand awareness and drive new business development and aftersales in the region, ensuring all marketing efforts and investment supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

This exciting career opening will commence from July 2024 and will involve international travel opportunities across Europe and to the headquarters in Northern Ireland. The role requires someone who is a native or fluent (C1 level or up) German-speaker and fluent / bilingual in English, to support the localisation of the marketing plan for all European markets with a specific focus on the DACH localisation.

Activities will include the localisation of marketing contents and brand plans, execution of offline & online marketing, copywriting and translation, origination of sales presentations, managing bookings and admin, supporting monthly reporting and management of digital assets in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team and in line with marketing strategies.

About the role


Responsibilities

· To support the Marketing Manager for Europe with the localisation of the marketing plan and the development of offline & online activities for the Europe region including (but not limited to): advertising, PR, events, customer engagement, brand materials & presentations, direct/E-marketing, digital (social media, video, website, AR/VR apps, etc.).

· To adapt and create high-quality, impactful contents in German for the DACH region, in line with the brand and targeting relevant audiences across a variety of media - including press release, online article, social media post, case studies, advertising, etc.

· To assist the Marketing Manager in supporting internal stakeholders in the development & monitoring of pipelines/opportunities across the region

· To build and develop relationships with key stakeholders including prospects, customers, influencers, and work with in-house and partner agency teams.

· To conduct regional monitoring of competitor activity, market analysis of new product launches across the industry and regular analysis and measurement of key metrics, providing reports as required.

· To keep accurate records and provide administrative support when needed, using CDE’s systems.
