New Minarc Evo 180 continues the success of the small welding giants
Kemppi has upgraded the powerful Minarc Evo equipment range. Minarc Evo 180 delivers more welding power than its predecessor, the popular Minarc Evo 150, but retains all of its great qualities, serving ‘welders on the move’ better than ever.
High current output and duty cycle
The New Minarc Evo 180 has all the power you need for serious MMA maintenance welding, even where 4mm electrodes are required. The highly portable 5.8 kg machine delivers 170 amps maximum output current for MMA welding at 30% duty cycle and 180 amps for DC TIG welding at 35% duty cycle. When fitted with a 10 amp power supply plug (market dependent) the Minarc Evo 180 still delivers an incredible 140 amps MMA welding power at 28% duty cycle.
Weld anywhere
Minarc Evo 180 includes power factor correction (PFC) technology, giving astonishing energy efficiency and maximum welding power in any 1-phase, 230-volt,16 A or 10 A industrial power network. It can also be used with generator power supply, even with extra-long extension cables more than 100 metres long. These qualities and its light weight make it easy to use in all kinds of welding jobs in all kinds of places.
Versatile and easy to use
Minarc Evo 180 is an MMA and TIG machine that combines all of the welding quality expected of Minarc products, including a large LED meter display, remote current control option and Lift TIG ignition as standard. Precise arc ignition, large voltage reserves and automatic arc dynamics control, make it suitable for welding with all electrode types.
