OCL Regeneration look to RK6 for Crushing and Screening Solutions
Specialist aggregate recycling company OCL Regeneration Ltd has recently taken delivery of new crushing and screening equipment from machinery distributor Red Knight 6 Ltd. The equipment, which includes a RUBBLE MASTER RM100GO! impact crusher and an Anaconda DF410 screener, are to be utilised across the UK in OCL’s extensive fleet of machines. The main objective is for crushing asphalt to -20mm then screening the required products with any oversize going back to the crusher. The material is then used in OCL’s national ex-situ stabilisation works during the manufacture of Foambase™ and HBM to national standards.
On the purchase of his new equipment, Mr. Stuart Gready, MD of OCL Regeneration Ltd commented,
“We run some of the best equipment in the industry to meet our requirements and needed to add another supplier into the chain. After travelling to Austria with Paul Donnelly from RK6 to see the RM100GO! in operation and then a factory visit to see who was behind this equipment I felt confident enough to add the RM and Anaconda to our fleet to give us a better offer to our customers who need us to operate from smaller sites. Our Operations Director, John Richards, also visited the RUBBLE MASTER factory in Austria with RK6 shortly after this and was extremely impressed by the ethos, atmosphere and professionalism of the people. After the visit he was confident that our production needs with regards to crushing would be met by RUBBLE MASTER. The same applied for the Anaconda; the high energy 10’ x 4’ screen box and footprint of the machine was perfect for our sites, and working alongside the RUBBLE MASTER we have found it to be user friendly, easy to use and a good decision to purchase from RK6 who pride themselves in being ‘all hands on deck’ when it comes to all aspects of keeping a customer’s needs met”.
The RUBBLE MASTER RM 100GO! is a high performance crusher that exceeds all expectations.
