Steinexpo 2017: Continental is showing the complete portfolio for the construction and aggregate industry for the first time at a German trade fair

• Premiere: DumperMaster in size 26.5R25 available now
• Presentation of tire range, rubber tracks and conveyor belts

Continental is presenting its complete offer for the construction industry at this year's Steinexpo in Homberg / Nieder-Ofleiden. The technology company is showcasing the earthmoving tire models DumperMaster, EM master and RDT master, specially developed for dump trucks and wheel loaders, as well as rubber track chains from Continental Trackman and steel cable and textile conveyor belts at booth C7.

Premiere: DumperMaster in size 26.5R25 available now
Just in time for market launch in a new size, Continental is showing the DumperMaster, specially designed for mine trucks, which is also ideally suited for demanding applications in tunnel construction. Available since August 2017 it complements the sizes 29.5R25 and 26.5R25. Also on display is the ContiEarth portfolio. It includes the two tire lines EM master and RDT master. The EM master for articulated dump trucks (ADT) and wheel loaders is perfect for transporting large quantities of bulk goods or aggregates, while the special tire design of the RDT ensures high load carrying capacity and excellent cutting resistance.

All tires of the ContiEarth series are delivered as 'intelligent tire' with integrated sensor. The sensor constantly monitors tire pressure as well as tire temperature and transmits the information in real time to the ContiPressureCheck system. With the help of the intelligent tire, operators can improve the efficiency and safety of their vehicle fleets.

Rubber tracks are designed for heavy vehicles with high loads
The exhibition repertoire is complemented by Continental rubber tracks. The product range, which is designed for heavy vehicles with high loads, includes models for the frictional and form-locked drive. This also includes models with a width of up to 900 mm and a length of 10 m, which are suitable for vehicles with 500 hp or more engine power. The large footprint allows for high propulsion, even on uneven ground.
