Take a look at who the HUB team caught up with at Hillhead 2016

Hillhead still attracted a great deal of visitors this year even though the weather was unsettled. The quality of the crowds was extremely good and many HUB clients reported having had several high quality enquires on their stands.

The quality of stands this year was very high with some really different slants on stand design. Included were DUO Africa with their superb African cuisine, Smiley Monroe with their floating canister, SN Engineering with their bright orange carpet, Telestack with a huge variety of new machines, Volvo with a huge dump truck, Bruce with their new branding for wearparts, Hardox with live stud welding, Terex with their new conveyor systems division, MDS with a funky Australian outback bar, Striker Australia with a great welcome and smile, Astec with their great models, and Komatsu with lots of footballs!

HUB’s stand inside the pavilion was consistent with people. We had new, existing and old visiting us throughout the three days. Magazines were flying off the racks and by 2pm on the final day, all magazines had gone!

The demo area was always busy and many machines were put through their paces for the crowds, and it even felt like a real quarry on Wednesday with lots of rain and wind! The HUB visited many clients and would like to thank them all for their hospitality, it was a great event.
