Chicago Pneumatic to showcase powerful and tough light towers and generators at Executive Hire Show 2017
Chicago Pneumatic will showcase its expanding range of construction equipment at the 2017 Executive Hire Show, with recently launched energy efficient LED light towers, reliable portable generators and robust construction tools to be displayed on booth B4.

We have a special focus on portable energy equipment this year, as we launch our new 110 volt LED light towers and portable generators in the UK.”
At the event, taking place at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on 8-9 February, Chicago Pneumatic will exhibit its latest plug-and-play light tower for the UK market: the CPLB 2 LED. With four high-efficiency LED lamps, it provides an average coverage of 3,000 sq. m, across a diameter of 61 metres, and 10 luxes of illumination. To achieve maximum coverage, it is recommended to deploy the light tower at its full height of 7 metres. This is easily achievable using the light tower’s manual lifting system. The new light tower comes with wheels for optimal ease of movement and features a robust canopy.
The CPLB 2 LED can be plugged into any 110 volt power source including auxiliary power, directly into the grid, or a portable generator such as the CPPG 2.3, which will also be on show.
The CPPG 2.3 portable generator delivers a safe and reliable source of 110 volt electrical power. It is easy-to-use and includes both a large fuel tank for extended run times, as well as a purpose built engine capable of powering up to three light towers. Due to their rugged design and thermal protective features, CPPG portable generators are able to operate capably in tough construction site environments and harsh weather conditions.
Visitors to Booth B4 will also have the opportunity to see the latest additions to Chicago Pneumatic’s range of handheld hydraulic tools, concrete equipment and light compaction equipment. This includes the Red Hawk Road, a powerful motor breaker weighing only 22 kg that is ideal for concrete and asphalt breaking and cutting. It delivers enough impact energy to handle silica-rich rocks and reinforced concrete. In addition, the MV58 forward plate compactor will be on show. The MV58 is easy to operate, manoeuvre and maintain, and delivers fast and highly efficient compaction performance in a unit weighing less than 70 kg.
