Keestrack America showcases processing solutions for aggregates, recycling and mining at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026
CONEXPO-CON/AGG, the largest construction trade show in the Americas, will take place from March 3–7, 2026, in Las Vegas, NV, USA. At this leading industry event, Keestrack will present a range of profitable and sustainable mobile processing solutions for the aggregates, recycling and mining industries.
Visitors can meet the Keestrack team at booth C31641 in the Central Hall, where three key machines will be on display: the R5 impact crusher, B4 jaw crusher and K6 scalper.
K6 Scalper – 30 Years of Scalping Innovation
In 2026, Keestrack celebrates 30 years of scalping technology with the K6 scalper, the machine that started it all. The K6 is one of the most mature and productive scalpers on the market, known for its robust design and continuous innovation.
Equipped with a heavy-duty plate apron feeder, hydraulically folding hopper walls, load sensing hydraulics and a long, wide screening deck, the K6 is suitable for applications ranging from coarse scalping to fine screening. Excellent service access further enhances operational efficiency.
At CONEXPO-CON/AGG, the K6 will be presented in a special anniversary livery, marking three decades of Keestrack scalping expertise.
B4 Jaw Crusher
Designed for heavy-duty recycling, the Keestrack B4 jaw crusher delivers high productivity with low operating costs. Its Non-Stop System with hydraulic gap adjustment allows the crusher to open automatically in case of uncrushable material and reset itself hydraulically. During operation, the closed side setting (CSS) is continuously monitored and automatically adjusted to ensure consistent end-product quality.
The B4 features a heavy-duty hopper with hydraulically folding hopper walls, making it easy to load with excavators or wheel loaders. The vibrating feeder automatically regulates the feed to maintain an optimal crusher load.
A long, independent two-deck prescreen ensures crushing capacities of up to 400 tons per hour while reducing wear. Prescreened material can bypass the crusher or be stockpiled separately via an optional side conveyor.
The B4 is available in diesel-hydraulic, hybrid plug-in, and ZERO full-electric drive versions.
R5 Impact Crusher
The Keestrack R5 impact crusher combines compact dimensions with high productivity and versatility. Featuring the heaviest rotor in its class, the R5 is transportable as one complete unit, including a double-deck afterscreen, and can be set up quickly without support legs.
With crushing capacities of up to 350 tons per hour, the R5 produces a superior cubical end product with reduced wear, thanks to its independently driven two-deck prescreen. This makes the machine suitable for a wide range of applications, including recycling, aggregates production, quarrying and mining.
The swivelling oversize return conveyor can be converted into a stockpile conveyor within minutes. Optional features such as a two-deck afterscreen, wind sifter and magnetic separator allow the R5 to function as a complete mobile processing plant.
The R5 is available in diesel-hydraulic or full-electric plug-in versions. The electric model includes a plug-out connection to power additional equipment and can operate either with an onboard diesel generator or as a ZERO drive, without any combustion engine on board.
