Multiple operators can vacuum simultaneously, ideal for light dusts and warehouse cleaning type applications

We are increasingly been approached by contractors, asking if they can operate multiple vacuum lines simultaneously. The answer is yes. This can be ideal for vacuuming dusts and other small product, or warehouse type cleaning, for instance, when work needs to be carried out quickly to minimise factory downtime.

Our 50 Series Diesel Vacuum Machine usually operates with a 4” diameter hose. By adding a hose splitter two or more operators can vacuum simultaneously using smaller 2½” or 2” diameter hoses.

Increasing flexibility
Our equipment is regularly hired by industrial cleaning contractors, who require large equipment for warehouse cleaning operations or for shut down periods. Our equipment is like having your own central cleaning system delivered to site for the job. The equipment is located outside the building and hoses run into the workface. Our powerful equipment will whip away dust and debris as quick as the operator can find it. By adding hose splitters our clients now have the option for two people to vacuum simultaneously at the workface, increasing flexibility on site.

How it works
The main 4” diameter hose travels from the work area to the collection vessel. The spilt takes place at the work area and the 2.5” small hoses are connected and secured in place with bauer fittings. The connected hoses are of equal length in order to maintain a balanced air flow and no longer than 10mts.
