Pete Andrew (1962-2026)

“It is with a very heavy heart that I am communicating the extremely sad news of the sudden passing of Pete Andrew.

“Pete joined Hills Quarry Products in 1999 and headed up the division until his retirement at the beginning of last year, although he continued to support the division’s development activity on a part-time basis.

“Pete was a company and industry legend, and this news has left many of us at the company as well as his huge network of industry contacts and friends in a complete state of shock. The phrase ‘larger than life’ could have been invented to describe him.

“Our thoughts during this difficult time are very much with his wife and family.”
