Doppstadt makes change tangible: As part of the strategy “Doppstadt 2030,” the environmental technology expert is repositioning itself and bringing this new beginning to life at IFAT. The comprehensively expanded portfolio combines reliability with efficiency and flexibility. The new solutions show that Doppstadt is redefining the future of the recycling industry – through forward-thinking technology and smooth processes.

The new guiding principles are also reflected in the stand design. “The stand is larger than in previous years, more ambitious, and clearly structured into three zones according to our product lines,” says Dr. Nellessen. “With the mobile-
modular processing concept, we are demonstrating our strong consulting and technical expertise. Our Smart Line comprises highly efficient shredding, separation, and screening technology, while the Core Line stands for robust and easy-to-use recycling solutions.”
Mobile modular processing concept (MMPC) offers maximum flexibility
Doppstadt is presenting its new SWS 6 for the first time at the MMPC stand. Thanks to its tracked chassis and independent drive, the spiral shaft separator is particularly flexible in use. It can be optimally combined with other Doppstadt solutions such as the Methor to create a space-saving and economical complete solution. With its MMPC, Doppstadt pursues a holistic approach and offers its customers a smart complete package of consulting, design, and innovative technology that is optimally tailored to the needs of each customer.
Smart Line: Doppstadt showcases groundbreaking shredders and screening machines
Doppstadt is presenting the INVENTHOR 6.2 with electric drive and smart DoppBasket system at IFAT. Thanks to its tracked chassis and integrated battery pack, the high-performance shredder can now be moved effortlessly by electric power. In the area of screening machines, the environmental technology expert is demonstrating two exciting further developments: the SM 620.3 K and the SM 720.3 K. Both models offer customers a high degree of flexibility thanks to their tracked chassis. Their large feed hoppers make them ideal for high throughput rates.
Core Line: Robust technology, easy operation
With the CoreVibro 400, Doppstadt is adding a particularly robust scalping screen to its portfolio. It is designed for the most demanding screening applications and characterized by high reliability and adaptability for a wide range of applications. The CoreVibro 400 therefore fits perfectly into the Core Line with powerful shredders such as the CoreShred 800.
Exciting live demonstrations
Doppstadt proofs how powerful and reliable their processing solutions are during live demonstrations organized by the VDMA. Visitors can see for themselves the efficiency of the INVENTHOR 9 and 6.2 with the DoppBasket system. In the Crushing Zone, the MMPC solution with SWS 6 and Methor, as well as the SM 720.3 K and CoreShred 250, demonstrate their capabilities in processing mixed construction waste.
Doppstadt will be presenting its solutions from May 4 to 7, 2026, at the FM.709/1 outdoor area of IFAT (Messe München).
