RubbleCrusher Launches J72 Tracked Jaw Crusher

RubbleCrusher is proud to introduce the J72 Tracked Jaw Crusher, a highly versatile and compact crushing solution designed for moderately sized operations specialising in hard rock processing. Offering the mobility and efficiency that modern job sites require, the J72 is ideal for applications such as construction and demolition (C&D) recycling, utilities, concrete batching plants and other small aggregate operations.

The J72 has a robust 711 mm x 406 mm (28” x 16”) jaw chamber, designed to deliver reliable and consistent crushing performance across a variety of feed materials. The machine is capable of processing materials with a maximum feed size of approximately 558 mm x 330 mm (22” x 13”), following standard industry guidelines that recommend feed sizes up to 80% of the crusher gape.

With a processing capacity of up to 90 MTPH (99 USTPH), the J72 is well suited for contractors and operators who need high productivity in a compact footprint. It can produce a wide range of product sizes, ranging from 88 mm (3.5”) to as fine as 15.8 mm (5/8”), making it adaptable to multiple end-use requirements, including base materials, recycled aggregates and backfill applications.

A key feature of the J72 is its integral vibrating grizzly feeder, which efficiently removes fines before material enters the crushing chamber. This reduces wear on the jaw plates, extends component life and enhances overall efficiency. This pre-screening capability is particularly valuable when processing mixed or contaminated materials often found in C&D applications, ensuring that harmful materials are screened out before entering the jaw and causing damage.

RubbleCrusher has designed the J72 with a “crush and creep” functionality that enables the machine to slowly track backward while crushing. This allows the material to be processed into neat rows, improving site organisation and reducing the need for additional handling equipment.

Powered by a reliable Caterpillar Inc. C2.8 engine, the J72 delivers dependable performance backed by industry-leading engineering. The J72 also features gull-wing doors—three full access panels that open simultaneously to expose the entire engine bay. This unique design makes maintenance faster, easier and completely tailored to the J72’s compact, operator friendly build.

“The J72 is a unique offering from RubbleCrusher, and one we are particularly excited about. This mid-size jaw crusher has the capability to crush very hard rock with ease, whilst still maintaining the classic tight footprint of our RubbleCrusher product line. The bespoke design of the gull-wing[AR1.1] access panels to the service bay is a feature we think operators in particular will love,” said Liam Holland, Business Line Director.
