Established over 16 years ago, Dust Control Environmental Ltd (DCE) has the largest range of dust extraction systems in the UK, backed by a highly knowledgeable and experienced technical team.
Operating nationally the company manufactures and supplies high performance, energy saving, dust collectors for a wide range of industries. Sectors include engineering, brick & block, food & beverage, recycling, woodworking along with forge and foundry to name some. The company’s expertise allows for full turnkey installation services as well as bespoke product design to fulfill client’s process and compliance requirements.
The Dust Control Environmental range of industrial dust extractors include Cartridge filters, Bag (House) Filters, mist and welding extraction systems as well as those with ATEX options for combustible atmospheres.
A comprehensive Aftermarket service is also available with the provision of testing, maintenance and remedial work. All is carried out by P602 and P604 qualified engineers.
Parts and spares for all Dust Control Environmental dust collectors are available from the online shop along with parts for other makes of systems.
Dust Control Environmental manufacture to all relevant design standards including Safety of machinery code of practice, EU directive for pressure vessels, electromagnetic compatibility and ATEX standards amongst others.
The environment, compliance and health & safety standards are paramount throughout the business which follows HSG258 guidance, WEL and PED.
