A unique pin coating, optimised plate geometry, and high-precision press-fit pins combine to deliver what Donghua describes as three times the performance of comparable roller chain for wear resistance, fatigue resistance and high-speed. X3 is manufactured on a purpose-built automated production line by one of the world’s largest chain manufacturers and designed for sectors running high-demand drives. Available ex-stock from Donghua’s West Midlands warehouse in both British and American standards (ANSI 40-120), from 06B to 24B, and in simplex, duplex and triplex configurations, and pre-lubricated and pre-loaded, the chain can be supplied for a planned upgrade or as an urgent replacement.
