Edge Innovate set to debut the Screenpro S18 at Hillhead

The new EDGE SCREENPRO S18 heavy duty track scalper will make its UK exhibition debut at Hillhead 2024. Hillhead has become the biggest exhibition of its kind in the world, famous for its live demonstrations showcasing a wide range of quarry, construction and recycling equipment. It is the perfect setting to showcase the latest product edition to EDGE’s growing product offering.

EDGE Innovate, a global leader in the design and distribution of a range of equipment used in the quarrying, port handling and recycling industries will be located on stand C20. Visitors to the EDGE stand can expect a comprehensive display of material handling and recycling solutions, backed by a knowledgeable team offering expert guidance tailored to individual application needs.

However; the star of the exhibition will undoubtedly be EDGE Innovates latest offering, the highly versatile SCREENPRO S18. Designed to process the most difficult and demanding of applications including, aggregate, construction waste, sand and gravel, soils and organic materials, the new EDGE SCREENPRO S18 features interchangeable flip flow and conventional scalper screens, providing unprecedented flexibility. The dynamic 18’x6’ (5.4×1.75m) two-deck screen is available with numerous screen media options and configurations, allowing the EDGE S18 to be utilised as a stand-alone unit or if needed, placed before or after a primary crusher.

Impressive design features include, a low-level feed hopper, 2 or 3 way split configuration, hydraulic folding discharge conveyors to facilitate the quick transition from operation to transport and a fully integrated power unit with large service access. A user-friendly control system with sequential start/stop functionality provides exceptional operational performance and unit safety.

Hillhead 2024 commences from 25th – 27th June within the Hillhead Quarry in Buxton, UK. With just under 18,500 unique visitors, the 2022 edition proved to be one of the busiest and best-attended shows in the event’s 40-year history. After a four-year gap, it was great to see the industry come together again, face-to-face, and the EDGE team are looking forward to welcoming everyone back in for the 2024 edition.
