Molson complete the Kobelco range in Scotland

Molson Young Plant Sales add Kobelco mini excavators to their product portfolio, in a move that sees the long-standing dealership enhance their commitment to the Scottish building and construction industries...

The addition of Kobelco mini excavators is a natural fit for Molson Young who already offer the Kobelco heavy line excavators throughout Scotland, as well as other Molson divisions representing the brand throughout England and Wales since 2014.  With the new range in stock and available from 1^st January 2021, customers will also benefit from after sales support with both parts and service being available from Molson Young Plant Sales Doune and Inverness depots from the beginning of 2021.

The extensive mini excavator range from Kobelco comprises of 10 models. Ranging from the SK08SR-1E micro excavator measuring just 680mm wide when the tracks are in the retracted position, through to the recently released SK75SR-7 and SK85MSR-7 8-tonne class machines. With a host of upgrades from the previous model including faster cycle times and improved fuel consumption, the -7 range from Kobelco has been a resounding success with both operators and owners alike.

With other notable models in the including the popular SK10SR-2E, featuring a three-pump system and servo controls on the arms that delivers a smooth, powerful and comfortable operator experience. The 3-tonne range comprising of the SK28, SK30 and SK35SR-6E models that in addition to all the qualities Kobelco products are known for also include features like air conditioning as standard keeping operators comfortable all year round. The 6t range with the SK45 and SK55SRX-6 excavators have also proved extremely popular, giving operators a perfect balance of reach, power and refined machine control.
