Specialising in designing and manufacturing equipment for the mining Construction equipment sales and service specialists, Taylor & Braithwaite, operate a national franchise for Irish Manufacturing Services Limited (IMS) for the whole of the UK.

Specialising in designing and manufacturing equipment for the mining, quarrying, recycling and materials handling industries, IMS are based in Northern Ireland, a region renowned worldwide for its expertise in producing high quality, cost effective equipment for the world market.

IMS product portfolio includes mobile blending plants, developed to meet the many applications where blending of material is essential. It can be used in applications where high volumes are required and is capable of producing up to 1000tph of blended material. Where more refined mixing is required, the unit is equipped with a mixing chamber with rotating mixer shaft to thoroughly blend materials such as mulch, topsoil, sand, etc.

IMS also offer a high capacity Track Pugmill, specifically developed to produce high quality material blending for stabilising road based materials with the addition of water and cement or lime.  The Track Pugmill can also be used for blending at asphalt plants, for cold emulsified asphalt mixing (cold mix), for roller compacted concrete (RCC) and for flowable backfill material.

By offering IMS’s product range, in conjunction with existing brands in their portfolio, (including Hyundai, Yanmar and Rubble Master), Taylor and Braithwaite are able to offer its customers a one stop shop for construction, quarrying, recycling, waste handling equipment with the same trusted high levels of after sales service from their depot in Cumbria.

Other products available from IMS include wheel mobile screen units, the ideal screening solution for small recycling yards, and both wheeled and tracked stacking conveyors for high production stockpiling or material transfer.

Parkway Recycling Ltd purchase Mobile Blender
Parkway Recycling Ltd, located just off the M6 in Birmingham, had a specific requirement for blending and mixing sand and compost in order to produce a tailor made top soil mix in large volumes for a customer.

Following a successful on-site demonstration, where the capability of the BP1200-9TB mobile blending plant was fully demonstrated, these specific requirements were achieved, leading to Parkway Recycling purchasing the mobile blender.
