Heavy duty support tables

At bulk material loading and transfer points, conveyor belts are exposed to severe wear caused by the additional effect of the high impact energies of materials involved - particularly ones with large granulation.

Conventional transfer points using lmpact ldlers or Skid Bars, offer little protection and the damage
caused to the belt will necessitate repairs with inevitable loss of production.

Croftsure Engineering have developed a Heavy Duty Conveyor Belt Support Table with integral
Skirting System which combats these problems and reduces spillage. Used at Conveyor Loading
Points, the units are supported on energy absorbing dampers with the belt sliding over low friction
skid elements.

The central section of thd table defleds Oh the dampe6, abS?5"rting the dynamic energy and
protecting the belt surface. The outer fixed supports are rigidly mounted to provide a good seal for
the skirt system. These bespoke units are capable of handling up to 4000Uhr on belt widths up to
2.5M.
