Industrial telehandler 360 G in the endurance test

The collaboration between Hündgen Entsorgung and SENNEBOGEN began several years ago with a trial run of the 355 E – today, the green telehandlers are firmly established in the company's everyday work. What began with a rental machine quickly developed into a partnership: After the successful trial of the 355 E, a 340 G with identical configuration followed – also on a hire purchase basis – and currently a 360 G is being tested at the Swisttal site...

Hündgen Entsorgungs GmbH & Co. KG looks back on over 75 years of company history. Since its foundation in 1949, the company has developed into a supra-regional expert in logistics, sorting services, recycling of recyclable materials from mixed waste, and the production of substitute fuels and recyclates. The state-of-the-art sorting plant in Swisttal processes light packaging waste from around 3 million households. Hündgen also operates a container service with around 1,000 containers and two regional recycling centers.

Loading of 23.4 tons per 15 minutes

The 360 G is in operation for 20 hours a day, spread over three shifts. The importance of a reliable and powerful machine is particularly evident during compaction. A key goal at Hündgen is to load at least 21 tons of material in 15 minutes. The 360 G significantly exceeded this target – with 23.4 tons per 15 minutes, it proves itself to be an extremely powerful helper in the demanding handling process.

Thorough exhaust gas aftertreatment

The decision to go with SENNEBOGEN was based on positive experiences with the previous model, the 355 E. Even back then, the telehandler impressed with its reliable exhaust aftertreatment system featuring a particulate filter and AdBlue system – a clear advantage over comparable machines from other manufacturers, which repeatedly experienced problems. This strength is also evident in the current 360 G: the technology runs smoothly and requires little maintenance in demanding recycling operations.

More speed and comfort

Compared to previous models, the 360 G offers additional advantages: more efficient working, greater speed, and time savings during the process. With a load capacity of up to 6 tons and a lifting height of up to 8.5 meters, the telehandler also offers plenty of reserves for demanding tasks. The elevating cab also helps the driver maintain a clear overview and work ergonomically – neck complaints are now a thing of the past.

With the 360 G, Hündgen Entsorgung is testing a machine that sets new standards in terms of performance, reliability, and driver comfort. The experience gained so far in three-shift operation speaks for itself: the telehandler is well suited to the application profile and supports the processes efficiently – a future-proof solution for a modern recycling company.
