Middleton Engineering welcomes James Vaughan as Sales & Marketing Director

Middleton Engineering is pleased to announce the appointment of James Vaughan as its new
Sales & Marketing Director. This strategic addition to the leadership team marks a
significant step in the company’s ongoing commitment to growth, innovation, and
international expansion.

James brings extensive experience across the agriculture, crushing & screening, and
recycling sectors. With a decade of business management expertise and a strong track
record in sales management, he has held key roles with globally recognised brands such as
CLAAS, Powerscreen, and Terex. Throughout his career, James has consistently delivered
results by developing effective sales strategies, building long-term customer relationships,
and driving business growth in competitive markets.

In his new role, James will focus on rebranding Middleton Engineering to reflect the
changing demands of the recycling and waste management industries. A key part of his
strategy will involve re-engaging with previous customers, forging new client relationships,
and enhancing the company’s presence in export markets. In addition, James aims to bring
Middleton Engineering into the digital age by developing a robust social media presence
and leveraging online platforms to promote the company’s brand, products, and services.
