Utranazz launches new range of Imer Superlight Concrete Mixers.

Utranazz, Concrete Equipment Specialists, has unveiled a new range of IMER Superlight 9m³ Concrete Mixers featuring remote control operation via a wander lead—enhancing both safety and efficiency for operators. These are the only concrete mixers available in the UK equipped with this advanced control system

At the heart of the new range is IMER’s super lightweight drum, manufactured from 3mm-thick IMER WEAR Steel. The reduced weight allows for increased payload capacity and improved fuel efficiency, making them a more sustainable, eco-friendly choice for operators.

The mixers are fitted with a wander-lead remote control system to manage the discharge operation. This innovative feature enables operators to control the mixer from a safe distance, ensuring greater visibility and precision—particularly useful when working alongside equipment such as concrete pumps.

The new models were officially launched at Utranazz’s Open Day on 13th and 14th June 2025, where they received an enthusiastic response from attendees. Customer feedback highlighted the system’s safety and convenience benefits:

“You can move around to the back of the vehicle, or even to the opposite side when using it with a concrete pump. That means you can see exactly what’s going on and stop the pour if needed—or reposition quickly.”
