Volumech to become Cemen Tech as company strengthens European presence

1st October 2026 marks the next stage of the global leader in volumetric concrete mixers Cemen Tech’s growth strategy, with Volumech changing its name to Cemen Tech as the company strengthens its presence across the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

As a wholly owned dealer of Cemen Tech, the Volumech operation will continue to be based at its headquarters in Wednesbury, West Midlands, which will serve as Cemen Tech’s hub for the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The move will support the company’s continued expansion and the development of its dealer network across these markets.

Volumech General Manager Steve Cartwright said: “This is the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the company. The UK is pivotal to Cemen Tech’s expansion plans and Volumech will be evolving into a European hub for Cemen Tech.”

Cemen Tech established its European headquarters in Wednesbury in 2023, following its move to the West Midlands, as part of its increased focus on the UK, Europe and the MENA region.

Earlier this year, Cemen Tech introduced the CS2 and MS2 volumetric concrete mixers to the UK market, the latest evolution of the company’s volumetric mixer range.

The company also provides servicing, preventative maintenance and parts for volumetric concrete mixers. In addition, Cemen Tech operates a UKAS-accredited concrete testing laboratory, providing bespoke concrete solutions alongside quality sampling and testing services.

The move to the Cemen Tech name brings the UK operation into closer alignment with the wider Cemen Tech business as the company continues to expand its market-leading global operation.
