Harris / IPS 2013 Two Ram Baler T1288-100S

Overview
This 2013 used Harris / IPS two ram baler (TR-1288-100S-LID-LS) has a 165-tonne press force and a 75-kW main drive motor capable of processing up to 16 tonnes per hour.

This machine is the larger feed opening when compared to UK manufactured Twin Ram balers, so 1.5m x 2m versus the 1m x 2m of a UK offering. Typically, performance based on OCC would be bale weight of 630kg and 16 T/hr throughput.

It is currently undergoing a refurbishment which includes:

New REP-TEC Control Panel
The IPS will be supplied with a new REP-TEC control panel featuring an Allan Bradley touchscreen HMI. REP-TEC provide the program for the panel, meaning that any operational issues are diagnosed and fixed with REP-TEC engineers.

Full machine re-wire.
The IPS will also be fully electrically re wired by REP-TEC.

Hydraulic Cylinders Full Service
The main ram and the door ram will be completely refurbished, fully stripped with all seals and bearings replaced for new. The pre-press will have a new ram.

Machine Body Refurbishment
Baler floor to be re-line in Hardox 450. Press Plate rebuild. New shear blades.

Hydraulic System Refurbishment and full service
New hydraulic pumps (4 off), and all hydraulic hoses replaced with new.

New Bale Tie System
New Accent 470 wire tie system supplied, complete with independent Accent control panel and hydraulic power pack.

Complete Repaint
Full baler repaint, option available of machine colour.

New hydraulic oil

Full functional testing and commissioning
6 months warranty
