Kadant PAAL Dokon 500 Baler Integrated With CW Bale Wrapper

Overview
We have a Paal Dokon baler with an integrated CW 2200 Bale Wrapper system available. This system is ideal for RDF and SRF material. Both machines are 2017 and will undergo a refurbishment. These can be delivered and installed.

Paal Dokon Baler
This baler is a powerful and efficient with horizontal twine tying system. The PAAL DOKON baler has 122T compaction with bale size 1.1m x 1.1m, with 2 x37kW motors, capable of 30T/hour.

The combination of high pressing force, independence from the cutting and compressing process and patented pre-press setting, combined with individual channel adjustment leads to high quality baling results.

CW 2200 Bale Wrapper
The CW 2200 Bale Wrapper efficiently wraps bales boosting production rates and enhancing workplace safety. Cross Wrap bale wrappers are compatible with all bale sizes and production capacities, and they offer an industry-leading 80-tonne-per-hour capacity. They are specialised to wrap reliably RDF and SRF materials.
